The Oxford Law Firm offers its professional services primarily to affluent high net worth United States Citizens and Foreign Investors, in order to provide them the most cost effective specialized legal representation possible.
The Oxford Law Firm has extensive contacts in its specialized market niche throughout the United States and Internationally, and it can accommodate its client’s needs effectively anywhere in the world.
2. Oxford Fiduciary Services, Inc.
Our Private Trustee Services are offered only to select Clients of The Oxford Law Firm, and to select Clients of other attorneys, accountants, and financial advisors which are friends of The Oxford Law Firm. Specifically, our Private Trustee Services are available to such a Client that is entering into a special type of transaction where an independent private trustee is desired or required.
For example, this Private Trustee Service is available to a Client when entering into a Private Annuity Transaction, using a Client’s Irrevocable Nongrantor Trust, or another type of Irrevocable Trust, as a party to the Private Annuity Transaction.
Also, a Client may desire or require an independent party to serve as a general partner in their Family Limited Partnership, or when a Foreign Investor is investing in a United States business or real estate and strict absolute privacy and confidentiality is desired or required.
3. Oxford Realty Brokerage, Inc.
Representing our Clients and friends of our Clients, upon special request, when selling or buying their Home or Commercial Property, with brokerage charges and costs charged far below industry/market rates.
4. Oxford Loan Mortgage Company, Inc.Representing our Clients and friends of our Clients, upon special request, when seeking a residential or commercial loan, with far below industry/market rates.
